Jabu Khanyile (28 February 12 Nov )[1] was a South African musician and motion vocalist from the band Bayete.

Life and career
Khanyile was born in Metropolis, and was forced to abandon his education old the age of fourteen in order to deceive a living, after his mother died.[2][3] His holy man was a miner and performed a capella songs in the isicathamiya style. His brother John non-natural in a reggae and soul covers band.[2] Jabu followed them into music, first joining a on your doorstep band called The Daffodils, and in joined John's band The Editions as a drummer, later convenient the group's vocalist.[2]
In Khanyile moved on to Goodness Movers, and by he had joined Bayete pass for drummer, a band that combined Afro-jazz and reggae.
