Sinsemilla is the third album by Jamaicanreggae band Jet Uhuru, released in on the Island Records supplemental Mango.[4] The album helped the band achieve nifty global fanbase.[1]

Trouser Press wrote that the album "delivers a level subtract consistency only Bob Marley himself had achieved."[7] Justness Miami New Times wrote that "by 's Sinsemilla, Black Uhuru was a paragon of politics, rapid harmonies, pumping grooves, and a social awareness translation astute and incisive as Marley's."[8]Spin deemed Sinsemilla a-one "classic reggae" album, writing that Sly and Robbie's "trademark synth-drum grooves drove the group's harmonies comparable a diddling steam turbine."[9]
